WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
by Katherine G. Nagel a Grant of Easement over certain por-
tions of her real property contingent to Glenblair Way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Grant of
Easement submitted be and the same is hereby accepted.

GRANT OF EASEMENT
I, KATHARINE G. NAGEL, do hereby grant unto the
CITY OF CAMPBELL, a municipal corporation of the
County of Santa Clara, State of California, a
Public Service Easement upon all that certain
real property within said City and more particu-
larly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of that certain parcel of
land granted unto the City of Campbell for public street purposes
and filed in Book C169 of Official Records at page 530 in the
office of the County Recorder, County of Santa Clara, State of
California;
THENCE, along the westerly line of that certain parcel of land
conveyed to P. W. Nagel and Katharine G. Nagel, his wife, by that
certain Grant Deed Joint Tenancy filed in Book 2510 of Official Rec-
ords at page 212 in said office of said County Recorder, North 0°
4' West 15.24 feet to the northwest corner of said Nagel parcel of
land;
THENCE, along the northerly line of said Nagel parcel of land
North 89° 52' East 53.40 feet to a point on a curve that is concave
southwesterly, westerly and northerly and has a radius of 43.00 feet;
THENCE, from a tangent bearing South 52° 26' 40" East along the
arc of said curve southeasterly, southerly and westerly 112.08 feet,
through a central angle of 149° 20' 24" to a point of reverse curva-
ture that is concave southerly and has a radius of 179.18 feet;
THENCE, along the arc of last mentioned reverse curve westerly
21.99 feet through a central angle of 7° 01' 57" to its intersection
with said westerly line of said Nagel parcel of land;
THENCE, along said westerly line North 0° 4' West 10.00 feet to
the southwest corner of said City of Campbell parcel of land, said
corner also being a point on a curve that is concave southerly and
has a radius of 189.18 feet;
THENCE, from a tangent bearing North 89° 52' East along the arc
of lastmentioned curve easterly 23.21 feet through a central angle of
7° 01' 44" to a point of reverse curvature that is concave northerly,
easterly and southerly and has a radius of 33.00 feet;

THENCE, along the arc of lastmentioned reverse curve easterly,
northerly and westerly 139.57 feet through a central angle of 2420
19' 33" to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 0.033 acres, more or less, and being a portion of
the Rancho Rinconada de Los Gatos.

BEING 1\. RESOLlJTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CÞ.l'lPBELL, COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA,
ST1\TE OF CALIFOm.HA, AUTllORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A GRANT DEED TO GENE H. HULL AND CLAUDIE
HULL, IIUSBl\~D AND WIFE.
ffiìEREAS, the City of Campbell did, by virtue of that certain
Grant Deed recorded November 1, 1963, in Book 6256 of Official
Records at page 302 in the office of the County Recorder, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, acquire that certain parcel
of land therein described, which real property was acquired by
said City of Campbell for the express purpose of providing and
constructing a public street thereon along the easterly prolonga-
tion of Bucknam Avenue within Tract No. 2051 as shown upon the map
thereof recorded July 7, 1960, in Book 122 of Maps at page 48 in
said office of said County Recorder, to its intersection thereof
with Virginia Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, land in excess of that which is necessary for said
public street was acquired, the sale of which or the exchange of
which is to the benefit of the citizens of the City of Campbell
and to the public at large; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by this City
Council that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a Grant Deed to convey said excess land and as hereinafter
described:
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of that certain parcel
of land conveyed to the City of Campbell by that certain Grant
Deed recorded November 1, 1963, in Book 6256 of Official Records
at page 302 in the office of the County Recorder, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, being a point on the easterly line of
Tract No. 2051 as shown upon the map thereof recorded July 7, 1960,
in Book 122 of Maps at page 48 in said office of said County
Recorder;
THENCE, along said easterly line South 0° 08' East 30.80 feet
to its intersection with the center line of Bucknam Avenue as shown
upon the map of Tract No. 4521 recorded April 16, 1969, in Book
251 of Maps at pages 48 and 49 in said office of said County
Recorder;
THENCE, along said center line of Bucknam Avenue, North
89° 53' 30" East 200.00 feet to its intersection with the center
line of Virginia Avenue as shown upon said map of Tract No. 4521;
THENCE, along said center line of Virginia Avenue, North
0° 08' West 31.19 feet to the northeasterly corner of said lands
conveyed to the City of Campbell;

THENCE, along the northerly line of said lands of the City
of Campbell South 89') 46' 58" West 200.00 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 0.142 acres, more or less, and being a portion of
said lands conveyed to said City of Campbell.
This grant and conveyance it made subject to special assess-
ments, if any exist, liens, restrictions, reservations and
easements of record and the following:
RESERVING UNTO said City of Campbell, for public street
purposes and to become a portion of Bucknam Avenue and Virginia
Avenue, that certain parcel of land described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of that certain parcel
of land conveyed to the City of Campbell by that certain Grant
Deed filed in Book 6256 of Official Records at page 302 in the
office of the County Recorder, County of Santa Clara, State of
California;
THENCE, along the easterly line of said parcel of land South
0° 08' East 31.19 feet to the intersection with the center line
of Bucknam Avenue as shown upon the map of Tract No. 4521 filed
in Book 251 of Maps at pages 48 and 49 in said office of said
County Recorder;
THENCE, along said center line South 89053' 30" West 200.00
feet to the westerly line of said parcel of land;
THENCE, along said westerly line North 0° 08' West 28.00 feet
to the intersection with a line that is parallel with and 28.00
feet northerly, measured at right angles, from said center line;
THENCE, along said parallel line North 89053' 30" East
149.98 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve that is concave
northwesterly and has a radius of 20.00 feet;
THENCE, along the arc of said curve easterly 11.31 feet
through a central angle of 32° 24' 36" to the intersection with
the northerly line of said parcel of land;
THENCE, along said northerly line North 89° 46' 58" East
39.30 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 0.132 acres, more or less, and being a portion of
said parcel of land.
ALSO RESERVING UNTO said City of Campbell a public service
easement upon the real property hereby granted and conveyed.
