Campbell Ave. - El Guapo's Tacos Application: Outdoor Seating Permit Dear Mr. Ramirez, The Planning Division has conditionally approved your Outdoor Seating Permit application (PLN2012-62) for El Guapo's restaurant, pursuant to Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.10.060.H(4). Your application has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. Approved Project: The outdoor seating area shall substantially conform to the outdoor seating plan, dated as received by the Planning Division on March 8, 2012. Any change to the existing chairs, tables, or barriers requires Planning Division review and approval. 2. Hours of Operation: The outdoor seating area shall be closed (all patrons shall have exited) by 11:00 PM. At closing time all chairs shall be stacked, stored, or otherwise secured to prevent unauthorized use. 3. Occupancy: Total outdoor patron occupancy shall be limited to thirty (30) seated persons. 4. Alcohol Beverage Consumption: In compliance with the Modified Conditional Use Permit (PLN2012-81) for the restaurant, alcohol beverage consumption within the outdoor seating area shall only be allowed in conjunction with food service. 5. Smoking: "No Smoking" signs shall be posted on the premises in compliance with CMC 6.11.060. 6. Litter: All litter shall be picked up immediately and the tables cleaned promptly. The restaurant is responsible for the cleanup of all litter associated with the business. Litter removal may extend beyond the boundaries of the business frontage. Outdoor Seating Permit - 266 E. Cleanin :All spills shall be cleaned innnediately and the sidewalk shall be pressure washed as necessary or as required by the Community Development Director or Public Works Director. 8. Maintenance: All outdoor furniture, including any trash receptacles, shall be kept clean and in good repair and replaced and/or fixed as necessary. 9. Insurance: The required insurance policy shall be maintained in good standing and in compliance with applicable requirements of the Campbell Municipal Code, at all time that this permit is exercised. If the insurance policy described in the submitted Certif cate of Insurance is canceled, terminated, suspended, or materially changed, the Outdoor Seating Permit shall be considered suspended.
