Hamilton Ave. Application: Temporary Permit -Christmas Tree Sales Lot Dear Ms. Townsend, The Planning Division has conditionally approved your October 16, 2012 submittal for a Temporary Permit application (PLN2012-228) for a Christmas tree sales lot within a parking lot located at the above referenced property, pursuant to Campbell City Council Policy 9.8. The Temporary Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. Approved Pr~ect: The sales lot configuration shall substantially conform to the project plans, dated as received by the Planning Division on October 16, 2012. Any change to the layout of the sales lot shall require prior Planning Division review and approval. 2. Parking Spaces: A minimum of ten (10) parking spaces shall be provided for the sole use of the sales lot. The parking spaces shall be located adjacent to the sales lot. 3. Hours of Operation: Operation of the sales lot shall be restricted from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. 4. Building and Fire Codes: The applicant and/or business owner shall comply with all applicable building and fire codes. 5. Clean-up: The site shall be cleaned up of any debris beyond the perimeter of the sales lot every evening. 6. Duration: The sales lot may operate for a period of six (6) weeks concluding December 24, 2012. The site shall be cleared of any material associated with the sales lot within ten (10) days of the end of the sales event. Temporary Permit -Christmas Tree Lot ~ 480 E. Hamilton Ave. Page 2 of 2 7. , Temporary Signa~e: Temporary signage shall comply with the Campbell Sign Ordinance, subject to approval of a Temporary Sign Permit. 8. Previous Approvals: All restrictions imposed by previous City permit approvals (reference City Council Ordinance Nos. 1841, 1901 & 2015), shall remain in full force and effect.
