Dear Mr. Agajanian,
The Conununity Development Director has conditionally approved your Fence Exception application to
approve a seven foot fence (six foot fence with one foot lattice) along the side and rear property lines at
the above referenced address as shown on the subnutted project plans. The Community Development
Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception satisfies the required findings as specified by
the Campbell Municipal Code § 21.18.060 (E).
Your request for a Fence Exception has been approved, subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The fence shall substantially conform to the approved plans stamped as received on April 6,
2012, except that the height of the fence shall be reduced to seven feet as measured from
finished grade.
2. 1'he applicant shall obtain a Building Permit from the Campbell Building Division to legalize
construction of the fence within thirty days.
This approval is final in 10 calendar days of the Community Development Director's decision, unless an
appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's Office by May 21, 2012. If an appeal is
received, you will be immediately notified of its receipt.

NOTICE OF FENCE EXCEPTION
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Division of the Cammunity Development Department of the City
of Campbell has received an application for a Fence Exception for the following praject proposal:

Project Description: Construction of a six foot fence with one foot lattice.
This application will be decided by the Community Development Director and you have the opportunity to
provide comment prior to the Director's decision. The ten-day comment period for this application begins
on April 17, 2012 and ends April 27, 2012. Any comments regarding this application must be submitted in
writing (including email) to the Planning Division before 5:00 p.m. on April 27, 2012. The Director will
then consider all comments submitted within this time period prior to a decision.
Decisions by the Community Development Director are final in 10 calendar days following the date of
approval, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's Office, 70 N. First
Street, Campbell, prior to the end of the appeal period. A written appeal must be accompanied with the
required $200 appeal filing fee. No additional notice will be provided. Please contact the project planner
in a timely manner to determine what decision was reached. Plans and architectural drawings may be
viewed at the Planning Division office during normal business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Questions or
