Box 150539 San Rafael, CA 94915 Re: Minor Clhange to a Previous Approval PLN2010-263 325 Union Avenue Dear Mr. Messet: The Community Development Director has reviewed your request for a minor change of a previously approved project to allow the installation of a washers and dryer within the enclosed storage closets located in the porch and balcony area of each unit and has determined that the proposed construction maybe reviewed at the Administrative level. On November 16, 2010, the Community Development Director has administratively approved this minor change to the project site. Your next step :is to prepare plans for Building Department plan check in order to obtain a Building Permit. Planning will need to review and stamp these plans prior to submission. Please contact the City of Campbell Building Department at (408) 866-2130 for submittal requirements and n approximate timeline. Although the standard fee for a Modification of Approval is $1440.00, due to the unique nature of your submittal, the City has determined that this request should be treated as a minor change to a previous approval where a portion of the fees submitted should be refunded, as this project did not trigger public notice or public hearing requirements. A refund check will be mailed to the original payee within the next few weeks. Please contact me if you have not received a refund by the end of December.
