This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The applicant and/or business owner shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The sign shall be fabricated and installed per the revised project plans, dated as received on July 27, 2012. 3. The sign shall be maintained good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary. 4. All sign illumination shall be turned off during the hours the business is not open to the public. At no time shall the sign be illuminated during the hours of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
