CALL TO ORDER
Chair Blake called the Historic Preservation Board special meeting of Thursday,
October 18, 2012 to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Campbell Historic Museum, located at 51
N. Central Avenue, Campbell, California, and the following proceedings were had to wit.

NEW BUSINESS
1. Historic Resource Inventory Informational Meeting: Informational meeting to discuss
possible local designation with invited property owners of potential historic
resources.
A presentation was made to the property owners in attendance providing information
regarding historic preservation within the City of Campbell, the local designation
process, and frequently asked questions. The Historic Preservation Board opened
up discussion to questions for the remainder of the meeting. At the conclusion of the
meeting the Board directed staff to prepare a notification letter to the 18 owners of
properties currently under consideration in order to solicit comment and gain their
position on local designation.

ADJOURNMENT
The Historic Preservation Board was adjourned at 7:45 p.m. to the next Regular
Meeting scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 28, 2012.
