DISCUSSION
1. Historic Resources Inventory:
Chair Hernandez and Vice-Chair Blake presented a coded City map as a review of
potential properties for the Historic Resources Inventory. Red dots indicated individual
potential properties, and were clustered around the Downtown. Blue dots indicated
potential Conservation Districts: four properties on Page, five properties on South
Third, three properties on South Fourth, three properties on North Second, and six
properties on South Second. Red dots with black centers indicated property owners
who had requested removal from consideration in the past.
Action Item: Senior Planner Young Lind will add the twelve dropped properties
previously review by the Historic Preservation Board to the Historic Resources Inventory
as potentials.

that had requested removal in the past.

The Historic Preservation Board was adjourned at 6:00 p.m. to the Regular Meeting
scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2007.
