DISCUSSION
1. Historic Resources Inventory - FY06/07 Work Plan Item. Review of properties for
possible inclusion on the Historic Resources Inventory.
The Historic Preservation Board discussed possible prioritization of historic property
reviews by areas, as follows: East Campbell Avenue and side streets, First Street
District and Serond Street District. The Historic Preservation Board discussed a
procedure for this review, including: outreach to private property owners, buy-in by
private property owners and presentation to the City Council.
Action Item: Acting CDD Young Lind to update the Potential Historic Resource
Inventory to include the twelve new potential properties.
Action Item: Consider a review of the listing procedure set forth in CMC 21.14.

The Historic Preservation Board Study Session was adjourned at 6:10 p.m. to the
Regular Meeting scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, 2007.
