The property is located in the R-1-6 Zoning District. Consequently, the project will receive site and
architectural review by the Community Development Director.
The proposed structure is consistent with the standards of this zoning district in terms of lot coverage,
height, and setbacks. Please provide the following information to complete the application with the
submittal of your plan check revisions:
1. Provide a tree disclosure statement.
2. Any new electrical services must be undergrounded. Please illustrate on the site plan.
3. Please process an encroachment permit for any driveway modifications in the public right-of-
way.
