Dear App icant:
The Plan ing Division has reviewed and conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2004-21) for
one new all sign and logo for property located at 1658 South Bascom Avenue.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. Th new wall sign are shall not exceed 26 square feet square feet and consists of individual channel
lett rs reading, "Sprint Store".
Th applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign
inst llation;
Th proposed wall sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved dated December 6, 2003;
Th wall sign shall not exceed a depth of five (5) inches as shown on the approved plans.

Th stucco wall behind the sign shall be repaired and painted to match existing stucco.
Th sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as
nec ssary.
