21.42.090 of ~he Campbel~ Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one year after
the date upon which such appro~al was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtained by makin~ written application for SBDe
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No huildinß permit shall be issued afte~ the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this Chapt~r.

Commissioner Pack reportei that the Archi~ectural
Review Committee reco~ is approval of the
appl ication of Anthony.. Jrich, on behalf of
Bank of America for approval of plans to con-
struct an additional drive-up window with
canopy on property known as 1875 South Bascom
Avenue #200, in a C-2-S Zoning District.
There was discussion at the meeting regarding the traffic flow and the
committee was in agreement with staff i~)I' approval of the project.
Commissioner Hebard asked if this appl ¡cation had the approval of the
Prune Yard owners inasmuch as it relates to the overall circulation
pattern.
Mr. Kee advised that it was his understanding that it does have the approval
of the Prune Yard.
