Please clarify where the new 1ightpo1e #1 is proposed. It appears it would need to be placed within the seating area. 2. Replace other two light poles on the property so that all of the light poles match. 3. Provide cut-off fixture for light pole on the eastern property line. 4. Utilize a fixed, non-adjustable fixture that is in a 90-degree position at all times. 5. Provide s,treet address on building or ground sign with minimum 4 inch numbers. 6. Provide handicapped parking space subject to Building Division approval. There are also several outstanding property maintenance issues that need immediate attention independent of this project: 1. Repair wood fence along north property line. It is damaged and falling over. 2. The trash enclosure is too small to accommodate all of the trash and recycle bins. Please make arrangements to remedy this situation. 3. Remove any promotional signage that is not a part of the approved signage for the site.
