Dear Mr. Fard:
The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your Fence Exception application for
a new automated gate located at 1312 Burrows Road. The Fence Exception provides for a six foot, nine
inch tall automated iron gate across the driveway, where a IS-foot front yard setback is required.
It has been determined that the requested Fence Exception:
1. Will not impair vehicular or pedestrian safety.
2. Will result in a more desirable site layout.
3. Will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the City.
4. Will not be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or to the general
welfare of the City.
This Fence Exception application has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to the
installation of the gate.
2. The applicant shall obtain any necessary permits/approvals from the Fire Department prior to the
installation of the gate.
