Sign - Starbucks - 2003CITY OF CAMPBELL Community Development Department July 23, 2003 Zeden Jones Starbucks Coffee Company 455 North Point, 2nd Floor San Francisco, CA 94133 RE: Sign Application - Starbucks File No.: PLN2003-70 1223 Camden Avenue Dear Mr. Jones: The Campbell Planning Division has reviewed and approved your sign application (PLN2003-70) for one (1) wall sign of approximately 22 square feet and a new multi- tenant freestanding sign of 50 square feet with a height of 14 feet for the Starbucks coffee house located on the referenced property. The interior logo window sign is exempt from the sign regulations in that it is located on the interior of the building. This sign permit is conditionally approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division, prior to sign installations; 2. The proposed sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated March 20, 2003; 3. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary; 4. The existing freestanding sign shall be removed; and 5. The three inch raceway behind the individual letters on the wall sign shall be painted to match the stucco wall.
