Subject: 440 North Central Avenue, Campbell, Califcrnia
Dear Preservation Board:
This letter is being written as a request for your approval
to remove the subject house from your list of structures
to preserve. We believe upon your close inspectior of
the property that you will agree the structure has no
historical or architectural value. The property is in
a deteriorating condition and is in need of repai1.
It has been determined that electrical, plumbing,
structural, roof and pest damage is so severe it
is not economically feasible to make these repair!.
Also please note that in the rear of the property
there is a shed and a structure that would not havE
any preservation value. I thank you for your consic-
eration and certainly make myself available to ans,er
any questions regarding the property.
Sincerely,
