Architectural Review Permit (PLN2013-263) to allow a 583 square foot addition (449 square feet of living area and 134 square foot rear covered porch) in an existing single-family residence on property located at 1079 Erin Way in an R-1 (Single Family Residential) Zoning District. Conditional Use Permit (PLN2013-203) to allow additions to an Historic Resource designated property located within the Alice Avenue Historic District to allow a 1,658 square foot one-story rear addition and a 460 square foot attached porte-cochere to an existing 1,186 square foot one-story residence and a new detached tandem two-car garage with an attached secondary living unit on property located at 99 Alice Avenue in an R-1-6 (H) (Single Family Residential/Historic Overlay) Zoning District.
