Attached you wl11 nnd three (3) copIes of our ParkIng Plan for our sIte
located at 600 E. Hami Iton.
ThIs plan w111 Increase our parkIng by 31 stalls as shown In the drawIng,
even though no Increase in populatIon Is expected In our foreseeable
future.
Fourteen of the stal1s w111 be added around May durIng the seal1ng of the
parkIng lot as part of our maIntenance program. No modIfIcatIons to the
existing layout are intended at this point.
The additional stans (17) win be added around September/October time
frame after the operatlon presently occupyIng the north sIde of our
warehouse moves to the south end of the buIldIng. The dock doors at the
north side wl11 no longer be operatIonal, allowing us to add the additIonal
sta11s.

Confirming our phone conversation today regarding Apple Computer's
reduced scope of development of the cafeteria at the above site,
you stated that you did not see any reason why Apple's current
plans would create any problems for the Planning Department since
these current plans show a less intense use than the approved
modified PD Permit.
The forementioned is my understanding of the items discussed and
the decisions made and will be considered accurate unless
otherwise notified.

ORDINANCE NO. 1681
BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A MODIFICATION
TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
PERMIT (PD 84-03), PLANS, ELEVATIONS,
DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE, AND CONDITIONS OF
APPROVAL TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A CAFETERIA
AND INTERIOR MODIFICATIONS TO AN EXISTING
FACILITY ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 600 E. HAMILTON AVE.
IN A PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/COMMERCIAL) ZONING
DISTRICT. (APPLICATION OF APPLE COMPUTER, INC.,
M 87-30).
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby
changed and amended on property known as 600 E. Hamilton Ave. by adopting
the attached Exhibit A entitled Plans and Elevations; Exhibit B entitled
Development Schedule; Exhibit C entitled Map of Said Property: and Exhibit
D entitled Conditions of Approval, as per the application of Apple
Computer, Inc. for plans, elevations, and development schedule to allow
the modification of a previously approved Planned Development Permit to
allow the addition of a cafeteria and interior modifications in an
existing facility in a Planned Development Zoning District. Copies of
said Exhibits are on file in the Planning Department.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective 30 days following
its passage and adoption and shall be published once within 15 days upon
passage and adoption in the San Jose Mercury News, a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
