CC Ordinance 2174ORDINANCE NO. 2a4 BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A TEXT AMENDMENT (PLN2012-183) TO AMEND CAMPBELL MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 21.1'0 (COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL USES) IN _ ORDER TO IDENTIFY ANCILLARY RETAIL OPERATION AS A CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USE WITHIN THE M-1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. After notification ahd public hearing, as specified by law and after presentation fiy the Community Development Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: Section 21.10.080(0) of the Campbell Municipal Code is hereby amended as set forth ih Exhibit A attached.
