Dear Applicant:
The Planning Division has reviewed and conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2004-00036)
for one new wall sign and logo on property located at 152A N. San Tomas Acquino Road.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The new wall sign area above Unit A shall not exceed 26.16 square feet and consists of internally
illuminated individual channel letters reading, "United Check Cashing" and a logo.
2. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign
installation.
3. The proposed wall sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated April 15,
2004.
4. The wall sign shall not exceed a depth of five (5) inches as shown on the approved plans.
5. The wall sign shall be mounted as shown on the plans and provide à minimum of eight (8) feet
clearance from the sidewalk.
6. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as
necessary.

and logo for United Check Cashing for property located at I52A N. San Tomas Aquino Rd.
Additional information is needed to complete this application or changes are requested as
follows:
1. Please illustrate the linear ftontage of the business on the site plan; and
2. The signing program for the shopping center and previous sign approvals have not
allowed raceways. Please amend the proposed design to eliminate the raceways for the
proposed signs.
