Dear Ms. Lawson,
This letter is to advise you that the zoning and use of the above-captioned Premises is
governed by the laws and regulations of the City of Campbell. The Premises have been
zoned PD (Planned Development) and the current underlying General Plan designation is
Commercial. The aforesaid zoning permits the use of the Premises for retail, office, and
professional service use and other uses incidental thereto. The City is anticipating the
adoption of an updated General Plan that would change the designation for the property
to Central Commercial. Under this designation, allowed uses would include retail, office,
professional service, and residential uses.
As of the date shown above, the Premises and the improvements thereon are not in
violation of the City of Campbell's building and zoning laws, rules, and regulations. All
required Certificates of Occupancy have been issued.
