PUBLIC HEARINGS 1 PLN2013-288 Public Hearing to consider the application of Verizon Wireless for a Verizon Wireless Conditional Use Permit (PLN2013-288) to allow modification and continued operation of a telecommunications facility (monopole) on property located at 910 McGlincy Lane in an M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District. Staff is recommending that this project be deemed Categorically exempt under CEQA. Planning Commission action final unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within 10 calendar days. (PLN2012-151) to divide one parcel into two parcels; and a Planned Development Permit (PLN2012-152) to allow a new two-story single- family residence on the rear parcel on property located at 108 E.
