Underground Utility Waiver-2003October 29, 2003 Mr. Atta Nikkhah 701 Inwood Drive Campbell, CA 95008 Re: File No. PLN2003-00129 Underground Utilities Waiver 701 Inwood Drive Dear Mr. Nikkhah: Please be advised that the Community Development Director, with the concurrence of the City Engineer, has reviewed your request to permit overhead services in lieu of the requirement to underground the utilities in conjunction with the remodel of your residence on the above-referenced property. Pursuant to Campbell Municipal Code section 20.36.150, this request has been granted because the closest utility pole is located in the rear yard of the adjacent property and the limited likelihood that other utility lines will be placed underground in the neighborhood.
