Underground Utilities Waiver
701 Inwood Drive
Dear Mr. Nikkhah:
Please be advised that the Community Development Director, with the concurrence of the
City Engineer, has reviewed your request to permit overhead services in lieu of the
requirement to underground the utilities in conjunction with the remodel of your residence on
the above-referenced property.
Pursuant to Campbell Municipal Code section 20.36.150, this request has been granted
because the closest utility pole is located in the rear yard of the adjacent property and the
limited likelihood that other utility lines will be placed underground in the neighborhood.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at (408) 866-2140 or via email
at stephaniew @cityofcampbell.com.
Sincerely,
~WII~

To Whom It May Concern:
I went to the PG&E office in Cupertino to speak. with them regarding your request for
having underground power for my new 200 Amp panel.
I was told that at this time PG&E has no underground facility at my property, therefore I
can not comply with your request.
If you have any questions regarding this matter please contact Ms. Sara Moore at PG&E,
