MISCELLANEOUS, PLN2014-323 In progress discussion of a Planned Development Permit (PLN2014- PLN2014-324 323) fora 145-unit residential development by St. Anton Communities PLN2014-325 comprised of 113 rental apartment units, 26 for-sale townhomes, and PLN2014-329 six (6) for-sale duplex units and associated Vesting Tentative Ardie Zahedani Subdivision Map (PLN2014-324), Initial Study (PLN2014-325) and Tree Removal Permit (PLN2014-329) located at 226-328 Railway Avenue. PLN2014-136 Public Hearing to consider the application of Legacy III Campbell, Legacy III Cannpbell, LLC, for a Master Sign Plan with Sign Exception (PLN2014-136) for LLC an existing two-building office center on properties located at 900 8~ 910 E. Hamilton Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development) Zoning District. Staff is recommending that this project be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA. PLN2014- 176 This item will be continued to January 27, 2015. City-Initiated Public Hearing to consider adoption of the 2015-2023 Housing Element of the Campbell General Plan (PLN2014-176). PLN2013-134 Continued Public Hearing (from November 25, 2014) to consider the PLN2013-135 application of SAI Home, Inc., for a Planned Development Permit PLN2014-103 (PLN2013-134) to allow the construction of four two-story duet-style PLN2014-194 townhomes, a Tentative Subdivision Map (PLN2013-135) to create SAI Home, Inc. four residential lots and one common lot, Tree Removal Permit (PLN2014-103) and Parking Modification Permit (PLN2014-194) located at 705 W. Hacienda Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development) Zoning District. Staff is recommending that this project be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA.
