Correspondence - Sept 2014CITY of CAMPBELL Community Development Department September 4, 2014 Mr. Sean Donovan Store Manager 480 E. Hamilton Ave. Campbell, CA 95008 Re: Home Depot Onsite Meeting (Store No. 642) 480 E. Hamilton Avenue, Campbell CA Dear Mr. Donovan, Thank you for taking the time to meet with Paul Kermoyan and myself on July 27. It was a pleasure to meet "with you and we greatly appreciated the time you took to walk us through the store and perimeter, and to familiarize yourself with the allowed hours of operation and other Conditions of Approval as they pertain to your store's operations. For ease of reference, we also created a "cheat sheet" (attached) summarizing Home Depot's approved hours of operation, which we hope you find helpful. Per our meeting, we had discussed the options that you have available to modify your conditions of approval to allow for changes in outdoor storage areas and hours of operation. We had also encouraged you to consider incorporating signage below your existing freestanding sign on Salmar Avenue to alert truck drivers exiting the store, to not make a right turn on to Salmar Avenue, and avoid driving on Harrison Avenue. As we agreed, we will not charge you a sign application fee for the installation of this signage, however, we would encourage you to submit plans indicating the material, color, and language in this directional sign and indicate where it will be placed on your monument sign. Should you have any questions, or could use any direction on which forms to complete, I would be more than happy to help. Please feel free to call me directed at (408) 866-2732 or reach me by email at akis(ccityofcampbell.com.
