Dear Ms. Diffenderfer,
The City received a complaint that employees of your business are being directed to park on
the public street, resulting in a letter from the City's Code Enforcement Officer reminding you
that both employees and customers must park on your property. Please be aware that the
Planned Development Permit (copy enclosed) for your property requires continued
compliance with the City's "Parking Loading Ordinance"-currently codified as Campbell
Municipal Code Chapter 21.28, which among other requirements, specifies that parking
spaces "shall be permanently available...for the use they are intended to serve." Therefore,
please make a concerted effort to abide by this expectation. Should staff continue to receive
complaints about off-street parking requirements, the City will return your Planned
Development Permit back to the Planning Commission for reconsideration.
Thank you for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. [f you should have any questions, 1
may be contacted (408) 866-2193 or by email at danielf'~ucitvofcampbell.com.
