Dear Applicant:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your Sign Permit application (PLN2014-
350) for construction of a 14-foot tall, 50 square-foot freestanding identification/price sign,
installation of a new 20 square-foot canopy sign, and installation of a 16 square-foot metal
price sign, for the Chevron service station located at the above referenced property. The
Planning Division finds the signs, as conditioned below, are consistent with the requirements
and design standards of Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.30.080.A.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior
to sign installation.
2. The signage shall be fabricated and installed per the revised project plans, dated as received
on January 15, 2015.
3. The approved signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be
repaired or replaced as necessary.
