2) The following use or uses are allowed within this Zoning District: See Campbell
Municipal Code section 21.12.030.
3) The City of Campbell has no knowledge of any violation of applicable zoning codes,
rules and regulations governing the Property.
4) No aspect of the Property appears to represent a legal non-conforming use and the
Property may be rebuilt to its current state in the event of any damage or destruction.
