As such, the Community Development Director may approve minor changes to plans which were previously approved by the City Council. Your proposed addition still needs to be processed through the Building Division. Please contact the Building Department at 866-2130 to determine their submittal requirements. In the subsequent review by the Planning Division, we will need a letter from the property owner(s) directly adjacent to the addition and the authorization of the homeowners association.
