Dear Property Owner:
Thank you for your plan submittal dated May 29, 1999, wherein you propose a 225 square
foot single story addition to the existing residence on the referenced property. Due to the
scale and size of the proposed addition, this proposal may be considered at stafflevel.
Your property is located in a P-D(Planned Development) zoning district. As such, the
Community Development Director may approve minor changes to plans which were
previously approved by the City Council.
Your proposed addition still needs to be processed through the Building Division. Please
contact the Building Department at 866-2130 to determine their submittal requirements.
In the subsequent review by the Planning Division, we will need a letter from the property
owner(s) directly adjacent to the addition and the authorization of the homeowners
association.
