The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2004-52) for one
new wall sign for property located at 2523 S. Winchester Blvd.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign
installation.
2. The signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved by the
Planning Division on May 10, 2004.
3. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as
necessary .

Additional information is needed to complete this application or changes are requested as
follows:
1. Please provide the signature of the property owner on the application.
2. The signing program for the shopping center and previous sign approvals have not
allowed raceways. Please amend the proposed design to eliminate the raceways from the
proposed sign.
