Dear Mr. Noriega:
The City of Campbell Planning Division has reviewed and approved your building plan permit
submittal of September 5, 2001 for a proposed addition to a single-family residence on the
above-referenced property. The plans were reviewed per the requirements of the San Tomas
Area Neighborhood Plan (STANP).
Please note that this approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. Exterior materials and color of addition and reconstruction must match the existing home;
2. New windows must match the style, material, and color of the original windows;
3. New trim must match the style, material, and color of the original trim;
4. Carport must be usable (e.g. able to accommodate a car and measure 10 by 20 feet
without any obstructions) before a certificate of occupancy for the addition is issued;
5. Columns/semi-covered patio attached to house in rear yard must be removed; and,
6. Concrete driveway leading to existing attached garage must be removed and replaced
with landscaping.
