Dear Mr. Judd:
The Campbell Planning Division has reviewed and approved your sign application (PLN2003-
100) for one (1) freestanding sign on property owned by Mr. Ken Follmar located at 2002
Whiteoaks Road in a C-2 (General Commercial) Zoning District. The new freestanding sign is
15 square feet and consists of non-illuminated letters reading "R. Martin Judd, D.D.S. General
Dentistry" and "Wellspring Spa Salon & Day Spa".
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior
to sign installation;
2. The proposed sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated approved
on August 15, 2003; and
3. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced
as necessary.
4. Placement of the freestanding sign shall be five (5) feet from the front property line.
