PLN2013-335 Address: 907 Dell Avenue .,, Sage Dear Mr. Farrar, Thank you for your January 29, 2014, submittal of revised plans for a Sign Permit for Sage Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Care located at 907 Dell Avenue. The Planning Division has conditionally approved your Sign Permit application (PLN2013-335) request to demolish two existing wall signs and install one new 40 square-foot wall-mounted sign on the south southern building elevation with individual channel lettering and a logo module. The Planning Division finds the sign is consistent with the requirements of Campbell ~ Municipal Code Section 21.30.080(B) allowing for one existing 31 square-foot monument sign and the proposed 40 square-foot wall sign. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The applicant shall remove the two existing wall signs and repair to match exterior. 2. The applicant shall obtain the necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to one wall sign installation. 3. The one wall sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved project plans, dated as received on ,January 29, 2014. 4. The one approved wall sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
