Dear Mr. Gonzalez,
The Community Development Director has conditionally approved your Fence Exception
application to allow construction of a seven-foot fence (six-foot fence with one-foot lattice) near
the south and along the rear property lines of properties located at the above referenced location.
The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception
satisfies the required findings as specified by the Campbell Municipal Code § 21.18.060 (E).
Your request for a Fence Exception has been approved, subject to the following conditions of
approval
1. Approved Protect: The fence shall substantially conform to the approved plans stamped
as received on June 19, 2014.
This approval is final in 10 calendar days of the Community Development Director's decision,
unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell Community Development by
August 11, 2014. If an appeal is received, you will be immediately notified of its receipt.
Otherwise, you may consider this approval final at the close of the 10-day appeal period. If you
