On March 31, 2010, the Community Development Director approved your Administrative
Site & Architectural Review Permit and Underground Utility Waiver for your minor
addition and remodel to asingle-family residence located at the above referenced address,
in an R-1-10 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District in the San Tomas Area.
This action is effective in ten calendar days, unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk by
5:00 p.m. on April 12, 2010.
Please note that a signed copy of the attached Conditions of Approval must be received by
the Planning Division within thirty days of the effective date of the Community
Development Director's decisions
