Bascom Ave. ~ Dress Barn Dear Mr. Kavianian, Thank you for your January 31, 2014, submittal of revised plans for a Sign Permit for Dress Barn located at 1650 South Bascom Avenue (in Hamilton Plaza shopping center). The Planning Division has conditionally approved your Sign Permit application (PLN2014-4) for one new 91 square foot wall-mounted sign with individual channel lettering. The Planning Division finds the sign is consistent with the requirements of Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.30.0$0 and with the site's approved Master Sign Program. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The wall signage shall be fabricated and installed per the approved project plans, dated as received on January 31, 2014. 3. The approved signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
