The Planning Division has conditionally approved your Sign Permit application (PLN2012-165)
fora 94 square foot sign reading "Whole Body," and a 72 square foot sign reading "Whole
Foods Market," per the Hamilton Plaza Master Sign Plan.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions. of Approval:
1. The applicant and/or business owner shall obtain any necessary building permits from the
Building Division prior to sign installation.
2. All signs shall be fabricated and installed per the revised. project plans, dated as received on
July 30, 2012.
3. The sign shall be maintained good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as
necessary.
