Bascom Ave. Application: Sign Permit (4) -DoubleTree by Hilton Dear Applicant: The Planning Division has conditionally approved your Sign Permit application (PLN2013-157) for four (4) signs to rebrand the Pruneyard Plaza Hotel to a DoubleTree by Hilton hotel, including one (1) 25 square-foot wall sign, (2) two 18 square-foot ground signs, and (1) reface of an existing 160 square-foot freeway-oriented sign. The proposed signs were found consistent with the Campbell Municipal Code Sec. 21.30.080.A.1, a previously approved "Sign Exception" (PLN2003-65), and a previously approved freeway-oriented sign (SA 88-09), respectively. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The signs shall be fabricated and installed per the revised project plans, dated as received on June 27, 2013.. 2. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 3. The approved signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
