Bascom Ave. --- Serenity Spa sign Dear Hong, Thank you for your submittal of a Sign Permit for Serenity Spa located at 2252 South Bascom Avenue. The Planning Division has conditionally approved your Sign Permit application (PLN2014-80) for one new 18 square foot wall-mounted sign with individual channel lettering. The Planning Division finds the sign is consistent with the requirements of Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.30.080. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The wall signage shall be fabricated and installed per the approved project plans, dated as received on March 13, 2014. 3. The approved signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
