Dear Mr. Kim:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your application (PLN2014-326) for one new
wall sign and on~° new projecting sign at 280 East Campbell Avenue. The Planning Division
finds the signs, as. conditioned below, are consistent with the requirements and design standards
of Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.10.060(K).
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. The signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved project plans, dated as received
on November 21, 2014.
2. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to
sign installation.
3. The approved signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired
or replaced as necessary to maintain ahigh-quality appearance.
