Campbell Avenue Application: Sign Permit - "mo's the breakfast + burger joint" Dear Applicant, Thank you for your September 19, 2013 submittal for a Sign Permit. The Planning Division has conditionally approved your Sign Permit application (PLN2013-275) for one new 24 square foot internally illuminated metal wall sign with pegged lettering within an open face metal frame reading "mo's:" with internally illuminated individual words stating "the breakfast + burger joint" below attached to a one-inch galvanized pipe providing the electrical connection pursuant to Campbell Municipal Code Sec. 21.10.060(K). This Sign Permit :has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The wall signage shall be fabricated and installed per the approved project plans, dated as received on October 14, 2013. 3. The portions of the exposed galvanized pipe shall be painted to match the building exterior. 4. The approved signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary. 5. Sign illumination shall be turned off at close of business each night. 6. "Sandwich Baard" or "A-frame" or any similar temporary signage is expressly prohibited.
