Subject: Public Convenience or Necessity Determination
Dear Mrs. and Mr. Pouya,
On January 8, 2013 the City of Campbell Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 4091
approving the application of Carol and Hamid Pouya for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the
establishment of a new wine bar in an existing vacant tenant space. In approving this
Conditional Use Permit the Planning Commission made the effective determination that the
allowance of wine and beer sales for both onsite and offsite consumption at this location would
serve public convenience or necessity.

at 408 866-2142 or by email at stevep(a)cit~ofcatnpbell.com.
Sincerely,
