Campbell Avenue, with live entertainment being allowed Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Sundays from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., subject to Conditions of Approval. If you have not already done so, you will need to apply for the Live Entertainment Permit at the Finance Department, located in the lower level at City Hall, 70 N. First Street, Campbell. Campbell Avenue ~ Tessora's Barra di Vino Subject: Public Convenience or Necessity Determination Dear Mrs. and Mr. Pouya, On January 8, 2013 the City of Campbell Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 4091 approving the application of Carol and Hamid Pouya for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the establishment of a new wine bar in an existing vacant tenant space. In approving this Conditional Use Permit the Planning Commission made the effective determination that the allowance of wine and beer sales for both onsite and offsite consumption at this location would serve public convenience or necessity.
