Campbell Ave. ~ European Cobblery Dear Ms. Pike: The Planning Division has conditionally approved your application (PLN2014-68) for a new 14.4 square foot permanent wall sign and a new 2.2 square foot permanent projecting sign for European Cobblery located at 389 East Campbell Avenue. The Planning Division finds the signs. as conditioned below, are consistent with the requirements and design standards of Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.10.060(K). This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved project plans, dated as received on February 28, 2014. 2. The projecting sign shall be installed to provide a minimum of eight feet of clearance above the ground. 3. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 4. The approved signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary to maintain ahigh-quality appearance.
