Dear Mr. Regan,
On August 7, 2012, the Planning Division received confirmation of your payment of fees and
began review of your Conditional Use Permit application for establishment of a 24-child
commercial day care center and 45-child private elementary school within existing classroom
buildings located at the above referenced address. Based on a review of the application materials
and the Campbell Municipal Code (CMC), your application has been deemed incomplete. The
following additional information and details are needed in order continue processing of this
application:
PLANNING DIVISION
1. Site Plan: Please provide a current scaled site plan showing all existing improvements
including landscaping, means of ingress/egress, and onsite parking. Although the as-built
