Dear Sunita Singh:
At its regular meeting of August 7, 2012, the Campbell City Council held a public
hearing to consider your Appeal of a Planning Commission decision upholding the
Administrative Site and Architectural Review Permit that approved a new single-family
residence on property located at 1690 Westmont Avenue in an R-1-9 (Single Family
Residential) Zoning District.
After due consideration, the City Council adopted Resolution 11449 denying the Appeal
and upholding the Planning Commission's action that approved a new single-family
residence on property located at 1690 Westmont Avenue in an R-1-9 (Single Family
Residential) Zoning District. The City Council also approved an amendment to
Condition of Approval #5 -Landscape Requirements and deleted Condition of Approval
#6 -Window Size. A certified copy of Resolution 11449 is enclosed for your record.
Please be advised the time within which judicial review of this action must be sought is
governed by Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, unless another
statute (such as California Government Code Section 65009 or some other applicable
provision of law) sets forth a more specific time period.

Dear Appellant:
Please be advised that at its meeting of June 26, 2012, the Planning Commission adopted
Resolution No. 4077 denying an appeal and upholding the Administrative Site and
Architectural Review Permit that approved a new single-family residence on the above
referenced property.
This action is effective in ten calendar days, unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk by
close of business on Friday, July 6, 2012. The time within which judicial review of this
action must be sought is governed by Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil
Procedure, unless another statute (such as California Government Code Section 65009 or
some other applicable provision) sets forth a more specific time period.
