After due consideration, the City Council adopted Resolution 11449 denying the Appeal and upholding the Planning Commission's action that approved a new single-family residence on property located at 1690 Westmont Avenue in an R-1-9 (Single Family Residential) Zoning District. The City Council also approved an amendment to Condition of Approval #5 -Landscape Requirements and deleted Condition of Approval #6 -Window Size. A certified copy of Resolution 11449 is enclosed for your record. Please be advised the time within which judicial review of this action must be sought is governed by Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, unless another statute (such as California Government Code Section 65009 or some other applicable provision of law) sets forth a more specific time period. This action is effective in ten calendar days, unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk by close of business on Friday, July 6, 2012.
