The Planning Division finds the signs, as conditioned below, to be consistent with the site's approved Master Sign Program. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved project plans, dated as received on August 26, 2014, except as modified below: i. Pursuant to the Merrill Gardens Master Sign Program, the maximum letter height for Commercial Spaces under Sign Type 1 is not to exceed 12" (twelve inches).
