Winchester Blvd. ~ H&R Block Dear Mr. Ford, 9 Thank you for your January 27, 2014, submittal of revised plans for a Sign Permit for H&R Block located at 2391 S. Winchester Blvd. (in Campbell Plaza shopping center). The Planning Division has conditionally approved your Sign Permit application (PLN2014-7) for one new 12.5 square foot wall-mounted sign with individual channel lettering and a logo module. The Planning Division finds the sign is consistent with the requirements of Campbell Municipal Code Section 21.30.080 and with the site's approved Master Sign Program. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The wall signage shall be fabricated and installed per the approved project plans, dated as received on January 27, 2014. 3. The approved signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
