Dear Mr. Wisholek,
The Community Development Director has conditionally approved your Fence Exception application to
allow an existing seven foot fence (six foot fence with one foot lattice) along the street side property line
of property located at the above referenced property. The Community Development Director has
determined that the requested Fence Exception satisfies the required findings as specified by the
Campbell Municipal Code § 21.18.060 (E).
Your request for a Fence Exception has been approved, subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The fence shall substantially conform to the approved plans stamped as received on December
14, 2012.
2. The applicant shall obtain a Building Permit from the Campbell Building Division to legalize
construction of the fence within 30 days.
This apps"oval is final ii7 10 calendar days of the Community Development Director's decision, unless an
appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell Coimnuiuty Development Department by January
14, 2013. If an appeal is received, you will be immediately notified of its receipt.
