Modification to Conditional Use Permit

Please be advisE;d that at its meeting of September 11, 2012, the Planning Commission
adopted Resolutlion No. 4083 approving a Modification (PLN2012-172) to a previously
approved Conditional Use Permit (UP 98-01) to allow New Year's Eve events until 1 a.m.
and to formalize allowance of live entertainment for an existing banquet hall facility on the
above referencecl property.
This action is effE;ctive in ten calendar days, unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk by
close of business; on Friday, September 21, 2012. The time within which judicial review of
this action must be sought is governed by Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil
Procedure, unless another statute (such as California Government Code Section 65009 or
some other applicable provision) sets forth a more specific time period.
