The fence was denied due to its design, and our letter to her explained that if she were to bring back plans to build up the wall to 6 feet we would allow it. She is aware that she needs to bring in plans. They were supposed to be submitted by today Friday March 22. After meeting with you today, the Planning Division would like to clarify that your submitted application for the fence exception permit was denied due to its design. If your plans were to be revised so that the fence would be constructed at six-feet in height using the same materials and colors as the existing wall, the Planning Division would recommend approval of the fence exception permit. As we discussed this morning, please revise your plan set and resubmit your application by March 15, 2013.
